Hmm, it's late and I was suppose to write something that’s been bugging my mind but I guess I'll write about it some other time.

Oh how wrong we were...

Guess that saying

“When the expectations are high, the outcome will never be what you expected”

was true in this case.

Last day of school year 2006-2007. So being it the last day, we had a carnival – or so it would seem. There weren’t many booths to play in; since there weren’t that many volunteers who wanted to help. I know for a fact, I was one of the people who had to take on many task/jobs dealing with the carnival. I was mainly supposed to be in the game committee for the Mystery Box, but I ended up being in that along with a part in the music committee and being in charged of the Time Capsule. Such work ... I’ve never worked so hard so much in one day...

Like I mentioned, there weren’t that many booths, but there were a lot of performances. Even GTP [GO! Team Panda] was to perform. BUT because of certain thickheaded, stupid, arse-holes, the carnival had to end early! Beaudy [our SBA president] walked into the gym, asked for the mic, and said

“Everyone! Report to your sixth period! There has been a fight! The carnival is CANCELED!”

OXC was mad – er no, pissed off as hell because GTP was suppose to perform right after lunch! And the fight had happened about five minutes before lunch had ended! Gahhhhhh! What a waste of time. They even stayed up late to practice for it. And Sha [drummer] had to skip school cause of it. Same goes to Salve [guitarist]. But unlike Sha, today was also Salve’s last day of school. We even felt like punching people at that moment. Then my friends had to leave the gym because none of them, besides me, had gym for sixth period. I was so freakin` bored! I had no one to hang with! I wanted to be with my friends. Then somehow I ended up helping with the money we made today.

Next thing I knew, I was holding on to $300+ in my hand! I admit I wanted to jack it because we could finally buy a bass guitar so I could start learning it for the band. But me being me, with my sometimes stupid sense of integrity, I stayed put and finish counting up the rest of the money.

            I also remember when a band was performing; the Revos [The Revolutionary] were skanking to the music. I also remember when they were getting up and moving to the middle, everyone ditched. But one of them was still skanking then he ended up moving to fast and he fell, face first. It was embarrassing. But he was cool about it.

            There was also a Womanless Beauty Pageant. It is how it’s called. But for those who don’t understand, it means a pageant for guys acting as girls. It was a tough decision to choose who should’ve won. Some of the guys were really into it too! XD

            That’s all I can recall about today. That and the new theory I’ve personally learned:

It’s much better and easier to move in a skirt.

Hello! Hello!

Today was our Tiger Sharks Team Banquet 2007. In my opinion, it can be described as good, for the price of $15 that is. Most of the girls wore dresses, including Anjela but only a few wore dress pants or slacks. Anjela said she looked like she was going to the prom while I said I looked like I was going clubbin`. Anyway, the Banquet was held at the Guam Reef Hotel Ballroom.

There were many performers for the entertain portion. I remember Nacarma Trio. They were Beaudy C., Crista N., and Danielle C. They performed their original song that was really for Ms. Nacar’s project dealing with the play Romeo and Juliet. There was also a boy band, Bantay Bata. They were Alfie C., Ralph C., Christian C., Ricardo Q., John P., and Marco V. They performed “Swing Swing” and ... I forgot the other song. Hehehe. Anyway, they were many more performers but these were the main one I remember because well, I know them.

The food was yummy. I didn’t really eat a lot though. I mainly ate most of the different kinds of mini-cakes they had for dessert. There was Blueberry Cheese cake, Strawberry Cheese cake, Vanilla cake, Chocolate cake and something I’m not really sure of, but it tasted great! Hmm... cake. d(^o^)b

There were games and raffles. There were these two prizes I really wanted. It was the MP3/CD player and the Flashdrive thingy. I was soooo close to winning the MP3 player! I was just one number away from winning it! So, so close. But for Princess, she was fortunate at the raffle. One of the prizes was a basketball and when she saw it, she was like, “I want that ball!” Then the winning ticket was hers’! Lucky!! I guess the saying, “Be careful what you wish for, it may come true,” was true for her. Oh! There was a scavenger hunt too. One of the objects needed was a 20 dollar bill and Anjela had one. But sadly, she was too late to reach to the front to show it.

There were also awards that they were giving out. Most were the top 10 in each subject, superlatives and awards for the officers. I got an award for English 9 and Geometry. I was surprise to find out I was thee top 5 in that class. Anyway, towards the last forty-five minutes of the day, it was open floor. Most people were dancing or should I say grinding instead.

When the clock reached five, we started going back onto the bus. But not before Anjela and I took a picture. Today was a day I could remember in a few years from now.

Hello! Hello!

Saaa, haven’t updated in a while. Well I have a perfectly valid reason: SCHOOL PROJECT. Eh, the project kept me busy for three days. At least I finished it. I forgot to take a picture of it. I wanted to show it. It was a model of The Globe Theater.

Oh well, I’ve also been busy doing other stuff. Like for example on Saturday [May 26th], like I mention in my earlier post, Saturday was the day where my best friends and I (Thee OXC) went to P.I.C. and Jamaican Grill.

Just a recap: First, we five (Steff, Anjela, Salve, Sha and me) met over at Salve’s house, along with Rose and A.J. then Salve’s brother gave us a ride to P.I.C. Anjela, Rose and I sat at the back of the car because we were the skinniest ones out of all of them and able to fit in the small back. If we didn’t sit at the back them we would have been sitting on each others laps. XD

Then when we got to P.I.C., we had to wait for Salve’s other brother before we could go swimming. Here is a picture we took:

After Salve’s brother came, he took us down to the pools. We decided to go to the kiddy pool while we wait for Nyssa to come. She had to come late so we waited. We played water volleyball. It was freaking hard to play in the water. A cute little Japanese boy invited himself to play with us.

Then we left to go check if Nyssa was here. We found her waiting for us and we began our OXC fun! We rode the slides. Too bad they weren’t slides-that’ll-make-you-feel-like-you’re-going-to-die kind. The ones where you would want to keep on riding.
 

Then we went canoeing/kayaking and I rode with Nyssa. I sat at the back while she did and the work. Hehehe. We didn’t want to get off but there was this cute little boy and his brother waiting for a kayak. He thought we were done so he was all, “Look, here’s one.” he was cute and we felt that we should give him the kayak. So we got off and waited for the others. While we were waiting it started raining and Nyssa saved a beetle for drowning into the water.

We went back to the kiddy pool and then I think the same cute little Japanese boy had the volley ball. He gave to us after A.J. asked for it. And we accidentally hit him on the head with the ball, two times! We said sorry and offered him to play with us, and he did! But only for a little while.

Then we went to the colorful water playground place, it was fun! it dumped water on us and played with the wheel that squirted out water. And we rode the small slide. We felt like little kids again. ^_^

We went to the beach and made an OXC sand castle. We thought it was going to get ran-over when the beach people moved the boat. Good thing it didn’t! But I can’t say the same for Rose and A.J.’s own. Their own got ran-over.

Then we went to the Jacuzzi! Cause we were cold as hell! Hmm, wrong metaphor considering hell must be hot. XD But anyway, we stayed there for a while and I was too lazy and relaxed to leave when we had too. But my hunger was what made me get up.

We changed and went to Jamaican Grill! YA MON! SERIOUS FOOD! We waited for a while because there were no open tables. They were all reserved. So we waited ... and took a bunch of pictures!

We finally got seated but it was outside. We ordered and talked as we waited for our food. When it came, everyone started attacking! Heheh. Here:

After we were done eating, A.J. whispered to the waitress and ordered the ‘check’. But the waitress didn’t understand at first till A.J. asked for it loud enough for Salve to hear. Then after a couple of minutes, the Happy Birthday song started to play and the same waitress presented a Birthday ice cream to Salve! It was yummy. When the plate of ice cream came over to Nyssa and me, it was gone like FLASH! Hehehe.

Then onward to G.P.O! We went to the Chocolate Factory and I ordered Hot Coco where as Nyssa ordered the chocolate covered ‘baninuh’, and Sha and Rose got ice cream. we went to the Food court and they went with Steff to buy he melon madness where as I went to go sit down. When they came over and sat down, Steff made Nyssa and Anjela try her drink and they kept on drinking it, not wanting to give it back to Steff. Eventually, after a while and much much consumption, Steff got it back and we went to Bestsellers! We stayed there for a while. We also ‘tagged’ OXC on the windows. I was bored so I started it. We took pictures as we waited for our rides.

While we were taking pictures, this dude was like watching us and told us to follow him to the corner where no one could see us. It was scary. We moved to over Cold Stone because there were lots of people there. After he left, we went back to our spot in front of the theater.

My mom came and we (Nyssa, Anjela and I) had to leave. We said our long goodbyes and went to the car. I dropped Nyssa home. And on the way to her house, she and Anjela were singing songs. It was funny. Sounded like they were drunk or something. XD oh, and did I mention my mom almost drove into a bus stop? Yeah, she thought it was the turn to the street where Nyssa’s house was. Haha, that was funny.

After we dropped Nyssa home, it was Anjela’s turn. When we got to her house, no one was home. So we decided to drop her over to her sister’s house, but no one was home there too. We then decided to check McDonald’s to see if her mom was there. When I heard that, I suddenly burst out saying, “Drive faster, Ma! I need to pee!!” Haha, yeah, I was going to use the bathroom when we got to Anjela’s house but since no one was there I had to hold it in. I was holding it in ever since we dropped off Nyssa. I was relieved when we got to Mcd’s and was able to use the bathroom. Whooo! Anyway, Anjela ended up at my house. We found out her mom and the rest of the family were at a party. We stayed and chilled in the living room as we waited for her mom to pick her up. When she came and they left, I crashed into my bed and went to nighty night sleep.

What an AWESOME BADARSE FUN day. It was a day to remember. d(^o^)b

Yay, yay! First of all, I thank Nyssa for helping fix my page. d(^o^)b Yeah, no more MySpace whores. Now, LiveJorunal nerds. XD (Not that I think LJ users are nerds or anything)

Aside from that, today was a fairly good day. Except from the two tests we had today, classes were pretty much laid-back time. Didn’t really do anything but make noise and take pictures. Lunch was alright, though they could’ve served something better. By the time lunch ended and 3^rd period started, I started feeling sick. It’s nothing big; I only had a headache and a stuffy nose. And I still do.

Oh, and there was a bomb scare AGAIN today, during the upperclassmen session. Gosh, there was one yesterday and another one today!? What is up with the person/people who call up the school for these things?

I also went to the Relay for Life thingy today with Anjela and my family. We ate free food, catered by Capricciosa and Tony Roma’s. The food was good, though I didn’t eat that much because I’m not used to eating those kinds of spare ribs. But anyhow, we left before the ceremony started because my parents wanted to leave. Yeah I know; Go, eat, leave. Ha-ha, I guess that’s where I get my freeload-eness from.

I guess I should end this soon. I’m sleepy and my nose is still stuffy. Plus, another one of my best friends, Salve, has her birthday hangout tomorrow; swimming at P.I.C. and dinner and Jamaican Grill. Yum! I can’t wait! It’s been a long while since I last saw my other two best friends, Sha and Salve. Ok. I must end it now so I can go to sleep. G’night!

Yes, Yes. I finally have a Livejournal. All thanks to one of my best friends. =D But since I'm new to LJ, I don't really know how to customize my page. I shall wait for the same best friend to help me. This will now be the end of my first entry. Hopefully, I'll have something to write about tomorrow -- er, I mean, later on tonight.
